This quilt was inspired by the drama of vintage costume jewelry. Have you ever gone poking around in grandma’s costume jewelry box or admired the sparklies on display at a thrift shop? I have always loved the theatricality of exquisitely oversized baubles, bold colour, and the sense that when you slip a piece on, it transforms you into the most dazzling version of yourself.
