The stunning photograph is the inspiration behind my very first quilt pattern: A Trip Around the Universe. \u2028\u2028\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI enjoyed designing and making this quilt so very much, and I am pleased to share my process. The quilt uses one block: a four-point star measuring at approximately 5\", constructed by small pieced curves in six different colors. The layout sits on point, enhancing the cosmic experience.
